Established in 1998 on the initiative of EKIP* – the Equipementiers
du goût, France Formation Export is an association bringing together
the most prestigious training institutes and schools around a common
set of objectives:
- To promote the transfer of French expertise in the fields of baking,
pastry making, cakes, chocolate, confectionery, ice cream, catering,
cooking and grain processing.
- To meet the training or advanced training needs of an international
client base.
In an ever-changing world where the gastronomy culture is becoming
an international phenomenon, professionals must adapt to new requirements
in order to meet customer expectations, learning how to combine tradition,
know-how and innovation.
In this area, the food service professions boast a number of advantages.
At a time when all the talk is of economic recession and unemployment,
these are occupations with a shortage of qualified personnel. Every
day, a few more enthusiastic individuals take the decision to enter
or retrain for this profession.
Our members can offer you an initial training course leading to a
qualification recognised by the French Ministry of Education. We can
also tailor existing training modules to provide advanced training
in a particular field or technique - in the form of bespoke short
courses designed specifically for you or your teams - delivered on-site
or at an external location.
